Our client is seeking a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to join their growing team!  As the FP&A Manager, you will be responsible for monthly forecasting, reporting, variance analysis, costing, being a business partner with operations, and managing one staff.  Our client is offering strong growth opportunities, a great compensation package and benefit package, and a great culture.

Experience Requirements:

• CPA / MBA highly preferred
• Bachelor’s Degree required (Finance, Accounting, or related field)
• 3+ years of strong, progressive experience
• Manufacturing / cost accounting experience required
• ERP experience and strong Excel skills

Responsibilities:

• Monthly forecasting, variance analysis, and reporting
• Partnering with operations and working cross-functionally with other departments
• Managing a small staff including a cost accountant
