Our client, an oil & gas company located in West Houston, seeks a Senior Finance Manager. This role will entail implementation of financial processes for the business including annual operating plans, P&Ls, monthly/quarterly business reviews, identifying and quantifying financial/operational risks and opportunities to the business, and drive ad-hoc business projects.
Senior Finance Manager responsibilities include:
· Serve as financial lead for one of the global business units
· Supporting, guiding and influencing profitable decision making for the business
· Leading financial planning and analysis processes
· Developing short and long range financial/operational forecasts
· Automating and/or building complex financial models to measure overall financial performance.
· Developing, standardizing, and automating financial reports
· Working on ad hoc financial projects and analyses
Senior Finance Manager requirements include:
· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Business; Master’s degree in Finance or Business Administration highly preferred
· 10+ years of finance/accounting experience
· Advanced Analytical and Financial Skills
· Strong influential and leadership skills
