FP&A Manager  or Director:  up to $175k+Bonus ++

Compensation: up to $175k+Bonus ++.

This position will entertain a competitive range of compensation including base salary and competitive benefits.

Keys:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance with CPA certification.  A master’s degree in business administration, preferred.
  • Strong in modeling (budgeting, forecasting and valuations).
  • Industry preference Oil and Gas, or Power, or Chemicals or large/complex industries.
  • A minimum of 10 years work experience leading multinational corporate financial planning and analysis teams, preferably in a public company environment.
  • Proven financial modeling skills with an extensive knowledge of financial planning and analysis, financial accounting, financial reporting and tax planning.
  • Experience working with various ERP systems, preferably SAP and Dynamics GP.

 

Responsibilities include:

 

  • Develop, implement and manage integrated budgeting, financial planning and analysis and valuation processes and related tools.
  • Develop, implement and manage monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting and analysis packages.
  • Own corporate and portfolio company financial models including working with various functions at portfolio companies to maintain such financial models.
  • Develop material to support investor meetings, management meetings, board of director meetings and other activities.
  • Develop and monitor group objectives, budgets and key performance indicators.
  • Develop, lead and mentor a high performing team.
