Lucas Group has partnered with a premier supplier of crop protection products to identify a Senior Formulation Chemist for their Philadelphia, PA location. The Senior Formulation Chemist will be responsible for the development of new agrochemical formulations and quality of products at toller facilities.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• New formulations: lab trials and testing, pre-mix and encapsulated formulations, and formulation assessment and validation for alternatively sourced tech
• Formulation reports
• Identification of key and alternate inerts and surfactants
• Develop and execute process for reducing lab waste and associated disposal costs

Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry and/or Biology
