Trademark Attorney or Paralegal - Midtown Manhattan IP Boutique law firm
Must have significant foreign trademark experience.
Immediate opportunity for a Trademark Attorney or Paralegal in Midtown. Position to start ASAP and will be temp to hire. Hourly rate of pay 35-40/ hr for Paralegal and 50-60/hr for Attorney.
Duties:
- Support partners in domestic and international trademark prosecution, litigation, cancellation and opposition procedures.
- Assist with managing of numerous trademark portfolios.
- Assist attorneys with the analysis of trademark clearance reports.
- Support the negotiation and structuring of trademark and copyright licenses and assignments
- Supports the shutdown on-line auctions of infringing goods
