FinTech Attorney Secondment: Payment Processing Counsel – Cleveland or Columbus, OH
Mid- level tech transactions attorney for a full-time summer secondment starting in June 2019. Potential for longer-term position for the right candidate.
Hourly rate of pay is 80-90/hr DOE.
- Payment processor and data processing contract experience is required. Must be experienced and comfortable negotiating complex financial terms.
- Will provide transactional support on their form documents for merchants.
- Primary focus will be to support in-house legal team with a backlog merchant customer/ clients to be on-boarded to payment processing platform.
- Secondee attorney would only need to be on-site for 1 – 2 weeks in Columbus and then after that remote is OK with some occasional visits.
