We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Data Analyst to support ongoing finance and accounting operations within a structured corporate environment. Responsibilities

Financial Operations & Month-End Close
- Support month-end close activities by preparing journal entries and performing account reconciliations
- Execute defined close processes and ensure completion of required tasks and checklists
- Validate financial data for accuracy and consistency
- Assist in maintaining organized and efficient financial workflows

Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare recurring financial reports and assist with data compilation
- Perform basic variance analysis, identifying trends and key drivers
- Support ad hoc reporting requests and data inquiries
- Translate financial data into clear, actionable insights

Data Support & Process Execution
- Work with financial and operational data to support reporting needs
- Utilize spreadsheets and reporting tools to organize and analyze information
- Follow established processes while identifying opportunities for efficiency improvements

- Partner with internal stakeholders across finance and business functions
- Communicate effectively in a professional, corporate environment
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to ongoing initiatives

Skills Required
- 2-3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or financial analysis
- Experience working in a corporate or professional environment
- Strong proficiency in Excel and comfort working with financial data
- Familiarity with month-end close processes, including journal entries and reconciliations
- Ability to manage tasks independently and follow structured processes
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Exposure to financial reporting, budgeting, or forecasting
- Experience supporting variance analysis or data-driven finance initiatives
- Interest in developing deeper financial analysis and business partnering skills
