Lucas Group has been engaged by a very acquisitive PE-backed company on a search for a Financial Analyst. This is a newly created position and it is a key role as our client continues to build their FP&A group. This company has a dynamic and fast-paced culture with a bright, high-performing team.
Some Responsibilities Include:
- Management of the consolidated finance model
- Assist in evaluation of projects
- Assist in conducting due-diligence on asset and business targets looking at key metrics such as volume, cash flow, comps, etc
- Performance analysis
- Preparation of Senior Management and Board of Director presentations
- Special projects
Requirements:
- 1-3+ years of relevant experience in Investment Banking, Valuations or Corporate FP&A
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or similar
- Advanced Excel skills including building complex financial models
