Our client, a rapidly growing oil & gas company located in the Galleria area of Houston, seeks a Financial Analyst to add to their team. This is a newly created position due to the growth of the company. The Financial Analyst will have primary responsibility for
Financial Analyst Responsibilities:
- Financial modeling & economic analysis for acquisition and divestiture opportunities
- Interact heavily with the debt and equity providers to support strategic initiatives
- Discrete analysis and supporting documentation
- Conduct financial, strategic, and operational analysis in support of growth initiatives
Financial Analyst Requirements:
- 2+ years’ experience in either Investment Banking or Corporate M&A work
- Strong experience and understanding of financial modeling
- Ability to communicate complex ideas to executives and other high-level individuals
- Highly driven and hard working with high standards of excellence
