Subject Line: Financial Analyst – up to 106K
Our firm has been selected to conduct a search for a Financial Analyst on behalf of a midstream company based in Houston. Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years’ progressive accounting, with a CPA in the midstream space. Compensation: up to 106K
This position will entertain a competitive range of compensation including base salary and competitive benefits.
Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
- Minimum of 6 years of Accounting experience with increasing responsibility
- CPA License a plus
- FERC reporting experience a plus
- Public accounting experience a plus
- Mid-stream oil and gas industry experience preferred
Some responsibilities include…
- Prepares financial statements and other documents required under debt covenants.
- Prepare and/or Review monthly recurring journal and adjusting general ledger entries.
- Reviews and prepare FERC Form 3Qs and Form 2s every reporting period and ensure timely filing of such.
- Perform and review in depth analysis of major natural gas pipelines company financial details.
- Maintain SOX compliance.
- Help in the development and training of staff level accountants.
