Our client, an international law firm, in San Francisco’s financial district, is in search of an Interim Financial Analyst. The individual will work directly with the Senior Accounts Payable Manager to provide operational support, financial analysis and reporting for the Accounts Payable department.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare statistical reports in Chrome River Analytics
- Perform weekly and quarterly Purchasing Card reconciliations. Acting as the backup administrator for the Firm’s Travel & Entertainment Card and Purchasing Card programs
- Analyze Accounts Payable reports
- Financial statement analysis
- Assist Accounts payable department with streamlining operations and ensuring the integrity of function and data.
- Prepare Ad hoc reports
- Other projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or commensurate experience.
- 3+ Years of financial reporting and analysis experience
- Legal or professional services background
- Strong accounts payable skills and business acumen
- International exposure a plus
- Experience with Chrome River analytics reporting strongly preferred
- Knowledge of Elite and basic Elite reporting preferred
