Responsibilities:
Support General Counsel in a variety of legal matters and responsibilities
Prepare, review, and analyze legal documents produced by clients
Handle Uniform Commercial Code filings, loan documents, and lien related filings
Preparation of binders
Communicate with borrowers and lenders
Legal Research
Requirements:
2+ years of experience with banking and finance law
Experience with the Uniform Commercial Code filings, loan documents, and lien related filings
General experience with contracts, project management, drafting, closings, regulations, and compliance
Bachelor’s degree or higher
Excellent communication and writing skills
Must have acute attention to detail and excellent organization skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
