Finance Manager

KEY DUTIES:  

• Manage leases for new equipment and movements
• Process requirements and contract review for new lessors and set up in system. 
• Work with lessors on current order status, timely delivery of necessary paperwork and month end reporting.
• Analyze lease / buy decisions as applicable.
• Work with operations to plan future lease needs and timeliness of their fulfillment.
• Monitor national pricing / standardization and compliance to corporate guidelines
• Contract review for new and updated national accounts
• Analyze reports for variances compared to multiple standards.
• Provide management with continuous updates on leasing market and rate analysis
• Assist in the budgeting process
• Manage both customer and vendor master file maintenance

• Bachelor’s degree
• 10+ years of financial experience with a demonstrated career of progressively increasing responsibility.
• Working knowledge of operating and capital lease structures. 
• Experience with detailed lease and contract review. 
• Excellent interpersonal skills, computer literacy and communication skills (both oral and written). 
• Intermediate to advanced Excel.
• Creative thinker, detailed.  
• Self starter, high energy who works well with others in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
