Our client, an international law firm with a collegial Chicago office, is seeking to add a junior to mid-level associate for its Corporate, Finance and Investments group. Qualified candidates will be a self-starter with great client management skills, superior academic credentials and previous large law firm experience. Ideal candidates will have two to five years of finance experience, including syndicated leveraged finance, asset-based lending, private placement of notes and acquisition financing and be self-starters excited about growing a practice group and an office.
