Field HR Manager (Closed)

Title:  Field HR Manager

Location:  Houston, TX

Lucas Group has partnered with an industrial equipment organization on their search for a Field HR Manager. The Field HR Manager will support multiple locations throughout Texas and Louisiana and partner with managers on employee relations, moral, succession planning and training. This person will also be responsible for payroll and work closely with corporate HR.
General Responsibilities:

• Support multiple sites throughout Texas & Louisiana
• Develop and implement succession planning initiatives
• Develop and implement training around HR best practices, employee engagement, anti-harassment, etc.
• Support VP level leaders and their teams
• Partner closely with HR Director on HR related initiatives
• Travel up to 40% throughout Texas & Louisiana
• Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll

Preferred Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum 7 years' experience in HR
• PHR/SHRM certifications highly preferred
• Multi-site/field experience required
• Payroll experience
• Employee Relations experience
• Ability to work independently
