Role Overview:  Lucas Group has partnered with a global technology organization on their search for an Executive Compensation Consultant. This is an exciting opportunity to grow within compensation, reporting directly to the Vice President.

Main Responsibilities:

• Creating compensation materials and committee presentations
• Providing analysis and reporting for the annual comp merit process, equity, and global comp plans

Job Requirements

• 1-5 years of experience in compensation; exposure to executive compensation a plus
• Previous experience in compensation tools such as MarketPay, along with major HRIS systems
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Strong written and oral presentation skills
