Lucas Group has partnered with one of our investment management clients in the Downtown, Houston area that is seeking an Executive Assistant to the President. This is a full-time, permanent role.
Responsibilities:
Answering and screening calls
Heavy calendaring
Manage personal finances of the president
Travel arrangements for the president: work and personal
Operate a variety of office equipment including the facsimile, copier/printer, postage weight machine and binding machine
Setting up IT devices for: iPad & Apps
Record keeping and submitting charity donations
Additional projects as assigned
Requirements:
Bachelors degree
Minimum 5+ years of EA experience supporting a president, VP, C-Level executive in the investment management, banking, financial services, or legal industries.
