The objective of the Events Manager is to implement and manage all Corporate Events both internally and externally in the execution of brand marketing activities that ultimately maintain, develop, and enhance the strength of the brand. The position requires the ability to innovate, collaborate, communicate and simultaneously execute multiple high-priority campaigns and initiatives across teams.

The successful candidate will need to be able to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment, presenting a positive attitude and ambitious work ethic in all that they do. This candidate must have a drive to constantly learn as much as possible about the commercial real estate industry and stay up to date on the latest trends to market our business at various events year-round.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all communication with Company executives, management teams, clients and employees in all aspects of events planning and marketing for such events
  • Day to day coordination of brand activities, specifically company events, that drive favorable impressions, awareness and recognition
  • Provide research support and assistance to the Brand team in all events related support
  • Measure brand and campaign performance with external research and reports
  • Create content and media for events (press releases, blog posts, advertisements, print, etc.)
  • Implement Research and streamlined processes to assure data quality is in accordance with corporate standards and is easily accessible
  • Research and monitor the latest market trends, competitor activity, and available event marketing opportunities
  • Maintain and manage the yearly events budget
  • Other Duties as they arise from Management Team and with the Brand Team

Minimum Requirements:

  • Must have a bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communication, Marketing or similar field
  • Must have at least 2-3 Year’s event planning experience
  • Must have standard proficiency in using: InDesign, Photoshop, Word, and Excel – Illustrator is a plus
  • Must be willing to travel up to 50-60 % of the time

Preferred Requirements:

  • Ability to work in fast-paced, demanding environment, while maintaining strong attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to use independent judgment to organize and prioritize work
  • Self-motivated and able to manage multiple concurrent projects alone or with collaborative teams
  • Ability to communicate with clients and team members setting the proper expectation and executing on tight deadlines in a professional manner
