We have partnered with our client in their search for an ESG Strategy Consultant to support a large global organization in strengthening its sustainability and ESG programs. This role will help refine the company's overall ESG strategy, support key initiatives, and improve reporting, communication, and cross-functional alignment.
Responsibilities
- Review the company's current ESG strategy and identify areas for improvement.
- Support updates to ESG goals, priorities, and long?term plans.
- Assist with benchmarking, research, and analysis of ESG trends and best practices.
- Help coordinate or update a materiality assessment.
- Work with internal teams on ESG data collection and basic reporting needs.
- Support the development of ESG communications, presentations, and summaries.
- Provide simple, practical recommendations that help advance the company's ESG maturity.
Skills Required
- 5+ years of experience in ESG, sustainability, or corporate responsibility.
- Familiarity with common ESG frameworks (e.g., GRI, SASB, TCFD, CSRD).
- Strong communication and stakeholder?management skills.
- Ability to work in a large, complex organization and support cross?functional teams.
- Experience with materiality, ESG benchmarking, or strategy development is a plus.
