The ERP Programmer Analyst is a staff level position reporting to the Group CFO. The ERP Programmer Analyst will be part of a global technology team dedicated to supporting and training internal users on the company’s ERP system, as well as analyzing and resolving ERP system issues.
The initial focus of the ERP Programmer Analyst is to assist with blue printing in the implementation phase of a new ERP system working with 3rd party developers, business owners and the internal IT team. Post implementation, the ERP Programmer Analyst will have a primary focus for supporting the US and EMEA user base, but will also work with the core IT team based in Thailand on global technology projects.
This position requires a highly analytical individual with a solid knowledge of ERP system processing and the ability to effectively communicate with business system users.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Assist third party developers and the internal IT team working to ensure successful integration of the existing front-end system, Cloudio, with the new Datatex DB2 ERP system.
- Support and enhance Web-based ERP installations with user requirements gathering solution design, user training, and documentation
- Support management's objectives on long term system changes, new process flows and system upgrades as directed
- Conduct sales, order acquisition and financial systems analysis using ERP's Business Intelligence toolkit, and implement an end-to-end Enterprise Planning Solution supporting sales and distribution functions
- Administer ERP Master module to create and load carpet design and specification inventory items and maintain standards and custom attributed in PIM repository
- Assist in the development and testing of a supply chain strategy for items to different business entities
- Support development of analysis and productivity enhancement tools such as Dashboards and order entry tools for sales and customer service personnel

ATTRIBUTES, SKILLS, COMPETENCIES AND QUALIFICATIONS:
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
- Bachelor degree in Computer Sciences, Engineering or related field is required
- Experience in Java development is preferred
- Minimum of 2-3 years of working experience with an ERP suite of products; Experience with Datatex ERP is preferable
- Working knowledge of Report Writing tools
- Highly collaborative across multi-functional teams with the ability to work with users at all levels
- Strong and consistent ability to multi-task, prioritize work, and meet frequent deadlines
- Must be able to absorb business processes, create workflow documentation and process analysis in a structured and adhoc environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are essential
- Self-starter, diligent and committed, with integrity
- Good business sense and analytical and problem-solving skills
- Willing to travel on occasion as required and be available for off-hours system and business related activities
