Scope of Responsibilities:
- Analytics platform and application implementation
- Develop training materials related to analytics platform and application implementation
- Take customer feedback and present it to various company departments to recommend technological changes
- Fulfil software implementation deliverables
- High level technical support
- Continuous improvement projects
Skills Needed:
- Object oriented programming and data manipulation with Python and Ruby
