Skills Required
- Java backend-heavy full stack experience; manager prefers Java backend heavy over balanced full stack.
- Java / Spring Boot background.
- Ability to work on large-scale data analysis, not narrow or small-scope datasets.
- Experience organizing and analyzing complex, layered data across multiple systems.
- Strong data architecture / information architecture mindset.
- Experience with data modeling.
- Ability to create or support data contracts.
- Ability to hit the ground running with limited ramp-up.
- Nice-to-have skills
- Infrastructure background is a plus, but not required.
- Experience with legacy platforms or technical debt cleanup.
- Experience with MDM, information science, or enterprise data organization.
- Prior work untangling large, old, complex data environments.
Education & Work Experience
- Bachelor's degree in related field
