Enterprise Architect -

Our client is seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to support ongoing enterprise transformation and platform scalability initiatives. This role is part of a large, mature IT organization undergoing continued growth and modernization, with a sustained need for senior architecture talent to guide complex systems and strategic technology decisions.

The Enterprise Architect will play a critical role in aligning platform capabilities with enterprise-wide business objectives. This individual will be responsible for shaping architecture standards, driving platform optimization, and ensuring ServiceNow is leveraged as an integrated, scalable component of the broader technology ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and govern ServiceNow architecture, ensuring scalability, performance, and alignment with enterprise standards
  • Define platform strategy, roadmaps, and integration models across cloud, ERP, data, and infrastructure ecosystems
  • Partner with business and technology stakeholders to translate requirements into long-term solutions
  • Lead modernization efforts, optimizing existing implementations and introducing new platform capabilities
  • Establish governance, manage technical risk, and ensure compliance with security and architecture standards
  • Develop core architecture artifacts including future-state designs, roadmaps, and integration frameworks

Profile

  • Strong ServiceNow architecture experience within complex enterprise environments
  • Deep knowledge across enterprise architecture domains (cloud, applications, integrations, data, infrastructure)
  • Proven ability to align technology with business objectives and influence senior stakeholders
  • Experience driving cross-functional initiatives and managing vendors in large-scale organizations
