Lucas Group is seeking multiple Enterprise Architects to join a company experiencing hyper-growth even during this economic downturn to help pave the vision of an enterprise wide digital transformation and technology modernization.
Key responsibilities include:
-Align IT strategy and planning with company's business goals
-Optimize information management approaches through an understanding of evolving business needs and technology capabilities
-Responsible for the definition, oversight, coordination and development of technology designs, along with the related road maps and lifecycle management
-Work with domain architects to provide enterprise solutions that are scalable, adaptable and in synchronization with ever changing business needs
-Provide overall architecture guidance, governance, and recommendations in support of business and technical objectives
-Manage risks associated with information and IT assets through appropriate standards and security policies
-Develop policies, standards and guidelines that direct the selection, development, implementation and use of Information Technology within the enterprise
-Deliver engaging, informative and well-organized information at all levels of business and technology organizations
Required Experience:
-Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field or equivalent years of relevant work experience is required. Master’s degree is preferred
-10+ years of progressive IT and/or relevant business experience
-3+ years of experience as an architect or technical lead
-Proven experience using enterprise architecture modeling tools and methodologies and delivery in waterfall and agile SDLC methodologies, business process improvement, or lean six sigma, is required.
-Understanding of enterprise architectural frameworks, organizational frameworks, and/or business process frameworks
-Ability to conduct financial analysis for the purpose of making sound business decisions
-Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
-Comprehensive knowledge of hardware, software, application, process, and systems engineering
-Project and program management planning and organizational skills
