Manages all engineering objectives and initiatives. Identifies and solves technical and operational issues. Leads the Engineering Team and drives Continuous Improvement. Manages the New Product Introduction Process (NPI) from estimating, tool design, process development and validation through PPAP and mass production. Oversees a robust program management process and delivery timelines to keep projects on schedule and on budget interfacing effectively with internal and external customers. Supports all departments that require engineering expertise.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or related
5 years or more related experience
