Description:
Lucas Group has partnered with a leading manufacturer of private label consumer products to identify an Engineering Manager for their Russellville, AR location. The Engineering Manager will be responsible for project leadership, process design, capital appropriations and continuous improvement implementations. Experiences in a highly regulated manufacturing environment is highly preferred. This is a highly visible role that will lead all Engineering efforts for this state-of-the-art facility.
Functions:
- Provide Leadership and technical direction to Engineering Processes
- Lead plant capital budgeting process, write capital request justifications, manage capital projects and provide technical analysis as required
- Provide leadership and technical support for Maintenance Staff to ensure equipment is maintained and repaired in a timely manner
- Provide leadership and coordination to improve key processes and drive continuous improvement
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree - Engineering
- 5+ years’ experience managing Engineering processes and teams
- Experience in sanitary processing: Food, liquids, cosmetic or medical
- LEAN/SIX Sigma Cert(s) highly preferred
