Job Requirements
- 4-6 years of employment litigation and class/collective action experience.
- Experience working with expert witnesses and preparing for arguments, arbitrations, hearings, and trial.
- Excellent research, drafting, and communication skills.
- Management-side law firm experience strongly preferred.
