We have partnered with our client in their search for a Mid-Level Employment Lawyer.
Responsibilities
- Advise on a broad range of employment law matters, including cross-border and international employment issues.
- Provide practical legal guidance on employee relations, employment contracts, workplace policies and employment-related risk.
- Support employment matters across multiple jurisdictions, working effectively with relevant stakeholders and external counsel where required.
Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of employment law with experience handling international or multi-jurisdictional matters.
- Ability to provide clear, commercial and pragmatic legal advice.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management and legal drafting skills.
Education & Work Experience
- Qualified lawyer or equivalent relevant legal qualification.
- Mid-level employment law experience, including demonstrable exposure to international or cross-border employment matters.
