Role Overview:

Lucas Group has partnered with a leading financial services organization on their search for an Employee Relations Specialist. This passionate, driven individual will provide strategic HR support, guidance and advice on a variety of HR policy and program matters. The Employee Relations Specialist will partner closely with key leaders and senior management to define the HR strategy and make changes when necessary to promote initiatives that align with corporate culture and values. Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Partner with key leadership to lead and promote HR initiatives and programs that align with corporate goals and values
• Advises company management on HR policy and program matters, making or recommending appropriate decisions
• Develop concepts, techniques, and standards for the flawless execution of HR services
• Formulate strategies to develop succession plans by leading talent mapping and partnering with management to identify gaps
• Develop and implement a communication strategy to ensure effective communication
• Provide coaching support to leadership on all HR strategies
• Additional projects as necessary

Requirements:

• 7-9+ years experience in an Employee Relations role
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Strong business acumen
• Experience in financial services required
