Employee Engagement Manager (Closed)

Lucas Group has partnered with a growing government contracting company that is looking for an Employee Engagement Manager. Major responsibilities include:

• Driving activities that build employee engagement and foster a high performance culture within a rapidly growing organization
• Manage programs such as learning and development, recognition programs, performance management, compensation plans
• Assist in creating a social media branding strategy

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree and 4 years of HR experience, or 8+ years of experience without a degree
• Experience shaping culture and employee engagement
• Experience with HR programs and tools
