This individual will be responsible for managing various projects happening across the organization and partnering with key stakeholders to help identify process gaps, research solutions, prepare presentations, and develop implementation processes.

- 2+ years in analyst-type role
- Successful project management experience
Responsibilities:
- Working with Benefits managers and other stakeholders to identify process gaps
- Partner with HR, HRIS, Payroll, Treasury, Finance, and Accounting
- Heavy data analytics and manipulation
- Program development, implementation, and management
