Role Overview:

Lucas Group is partnered with a client within the manufacturing industry to identify and hire a Environmental Health & Safety Manager. This person will manage a team of direct reports for minimally 1 or more large sites. 

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the company is in compliance with OSHA 
• Manage a team of EHS Specialists 
• Lead safety trainings and identify areas for improvement for the company

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• Strong knowledge of safety and environmental regulations and direct experience apply such in a manufacturing setting. 
• Previous training experience
• Strong verbal communication and presentation skills
