Our client is a global multibillion-dollar leader with a diverse product offering. Due to an internal promotion, they seek an EHS Engineer II for their cornerstone site in Greater Chicago. The EHS Engineer II will drive corporate initiatives throughout the plant, including distribution. He/She will continually enhance a zero-incident safety culture, champion corporate EHS initiatives, and further develop an engaged workforce. The ideal candidate will have experience in a food, beverage, or chemical (liquid production or distribution) manufacturing environment. They will lead risk reduction and full compliance efforts while maintaining employee engagement at all levels.
