Lucas Group has partnered with a rapidly growing connected health company headquartered in San Francisco on a search for an Ecommerce Channel Marketing Manager, Amazon.

Our client established only 5 years ago has already won several awards for their connected health products in both design and innovation. Headquartered in San Francisco, CA and offices in Europe and Asia, they are growing and adding new products to the portfolio. Their products are sold through major Brick & Mortar Retailers, eTailers as well as through their Direct to consumer website. Growth opportunity is strong in both online B2B and B2C channels.
POSITION SUMMARY
As the Ecommerce Channel Marketing Manager you will report directly to the Head of Sales & Marketing. You will have the opportunity to own search, promotions, content and the overall marketing strategy for Amazon. The Ecommerce sales & marketing team is very small so you have to be comfortable wearing multiple hats and embrace the opportunity to grow your status as the company grows.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create and manage the strategy for online assortment, promotions and overall product presentation for Amazon, Corporate DTC website and other online channel partners.
- Develop and integrate search, display and site merchandising strategies to build comprehensive marketing plans supporting promotions and sales for each Product group.
- Create a multi-channel shopping experience and leverage content creation and experience across all online channels of distribution.
- Collaborate with brand marketing and sales to develop content that drives sales and improves consumer awareness and search ranking
- Drive and track ROI via performance-based and brand-building marketing strategies to enhance customer experience and successfully attract and retain customers.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to optimize and execute plans that effectively align with projections and core financial KPI’s (share of voice, traffic, conversion) and sales goals.
- Identify and work with external agencies in major marketing initiatives
- Lead and execute new product launches across all online channels
- Identify new business opportunities relating to Amazon and other e-commerce channels and implement campaigns that drive positive ROI.
- Monitor developing e-commerce technology trends, evaluate business opportunities, recommend and execute new initiatives
- Subject matter expert of all things Amazon
REQUIREMENTS
- 3-5 years of Ecommerce/Online Channel Marketing experience
- Experience working with Amazon AMS a must
- Experience with DTC(company website and Amazon) a plus but not required
- Experience working in the Consumer electronics/Consumer products industry a must
- Willingness to travel to Customer meetings and events
