Division Order Analyst (Closed)

Lucas Group is partnering with a growing oil and gas company in their search for a Division Order Analyst. This is a direct hire opportunity and is located in West Houston. Additional details are below:

Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze title documents (deeds, assignments, probates, title opinions, affidavits, etc).
• Process JIB and Revenue ownership changes
• Set up divisions of interest in accordance with contractual obligations, including payouts
• Analyze and interpret ownership documents and title opinions for maintenance and input of ownership systems

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a Division Order Analyst
• iLandman software experience required
• Strong attention to detail
• Effective written/verbal communication skills

Additional Experience Preferred:

• Working knowledge of Land related agreements and ownership documents practices
