Role Overview: Lucas Group has been exclusively engaged to find a Diversity & Inclusion consultant for a large technology company in Atlanta. This organization is going through an enterprise-wide rebranding and digital transformation, and this is an excellent opportunity to participate in the build-out and execution of best-in-class inclusion and diversity programs. The ideal candidate is a mid-level D&I change agent who can juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience partnering with cross-functional business leaders, talent acquisition, legal, L&OD, and CSR to develop D&I and employee onboarding implementation plans.
- Experience leading D&I activities in a large, complex organization. Previous HR, Talent Acquisition and/or Marketing experience is a plus.
- Development and assessment of business-aligned D&I and employee onboarding initiatives including Employee Resource Groups, communication plans, and web-based tools.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills; friendly, tactful, good negotiator, build partnerships, leverage internal partners and maintains effective external network.
- Excellent relationship management and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate at all levels in a global organization.
- Effectively leverages industry connections to share best practices with key stakeholders incorporating benchmark data and talent strategy opportunities.
- Bachelor's Degree
