Description:
Lucas Group has partnered with a leading apparel/uniform manufacturer & distributor to identify a Distribution Operations Manager for their Night Shift Operation. This is a high visibility leadership role that is responsible for leading all operations of a 300K square foot distribution center.
Responsibilities:

• Manage/oversee all activities including: shipment receipt, inventory put-away, order-filling & pick-face replenishment
• Provide reporting to center's Senior Leadership on all aspects of Night-Shift operations
• Hire, Train & Coach night-shift employees

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred
• 5+ years’ experience in operational leadership
• Experience with Manhattan WMS a plus
• Willingness to work Night-Shift hours
