Description:
Lucas Group has partnered with one of the world's leading distributors of aerospace products to identify a Distribution/Warehouse Manager for their 2nd Shift Operation. The Distribution Manager will oversee functional areas such as: receiving, shipping, picking, packing, stocking, inventory control and customer service. We are looking for a strong leader with a passion for driving accountability and efficiency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree Strongly Preferred
- 3-5 years’ experience leading a workforce of 70+ hourly employees, with 2-3 top-line supervisors
- Experience in applicable industries such as Aerospace, Automotive or Chemical
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, TPS
- Experience utilizing Red Prairie
