Lucas Group has partnered with a Billion Dollar distributor of aerospace products to identify a Distribution Center Manager. This is a high visibility role that will oversee one of the largest centers in their distribution network.
Qualification Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree
Knowledge and proven successes in implementing Lean/Six Sigma, Toyota Production System, JIT
7-10 years of progressive, demonstrated leadership experience in a Distribution Environment
Experience in a high-volume environment, managing large scale change initiatives in a complex system environment
