Role Overview: Lucas Group has partnered with a hyper-growth, global tech startup to identify strong HR talent for their Director, Talent Operations & Total Rewards. The role will be based in Santa Monica. The right candidate for role must have a strong background in International Compensation, Benefits and HRIS. They will lead the design of the global compensation program as well as the benefits program and be a thought leader for total rewards.

Key Qualifications include:

• 10+ years in compensation experience
• 5+ HRIS experience
• Experience leading and international team of at least 10 overseeing compensation, benefits, HRIS and talent operations
• Experience in hyper-growth tech startups
• Strong skills in Excel
• Language skills in French or German a plus
