Role Overview:  Lucas Group has partnered with a leading, publicly traded global manufacturing operations organization on their search for a Director of Total Rewards, sitting at their Global HQ in Central Connecticut. 

• Serve as co-sponsor and co-leader of new HCM implementation; oversee HRIS
• Collaborate with Executive Leadership and Board of Directors to determine, manage and deliver global Compensation and Total Rewards strategy
• Lead the Total Rewards Team (4 Direct and 3 Indirect Reports)

Requirements:

• 10+ Years of Global Compensation/HRIS Experience (Oracle or Ultimate Software)
• Executive Compensation experience
• Experience working at a complex, publicly traded global organization
• Strong analytical skills and technical systems acumen
• Experience Leading and managing a team
