Our firm has been selected to conduct a search for a Director of Tax on behalf of a manufacturing company located in Downtown Denver. This highly visible role will work directly with the VP of Global Tax and have 2 direct reports. This is a contract opportunity, expected to last ~2 months and starting as soon as possible.

Requirements:
- Experience with Hyperion Financial Management required
- Experience with CorpTax software required
- Strong background in income tax, including ASC 740 tax provision process
- Direct supervisory experience
Responsibilities:
- Will run the quarterly ASC 740 tax provision process for financial statements
- Supervision of 2 direct reports
