Title: Director of Talent Management

Location: Greater Pittsburgh area

Lucas Group has partnered with a progressive cutting edge global company in the technology space in their search for a Talent Management Leader. This Director will be responsible for developing and implementing a talent management strategy focused on attracting, developing, and growing the best talent in the industry. This Director will collaborate with senior business leaders to understand the business objectives and help align the talent strategy to support the company’s plan. This role will be responsible for the following:

• Performance Management: Proactively manage and identify critical roles and high potential employees across the business.
• Training: Identifying skills gaps and research/drive training programs to continue to develop associates at all levels
• Engagement: Manage the annual employee engagement survey and make recommendations to senior leaders regarding changes that can be made to increase engagement.
• Succession Planning: Will lead, manage, and execute leadership and talent development programs that can be used throughout the business and must be able to adjust those programs as the businesses flexes. This will include career mapping, diversity strategies, and performance evaluations
• Additional duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Must have a Bachelor’s Degree
• Global experience preferred
• Success created/leading a Talent Management program
