Director of Talent & Engagement (Closed)

Lucas Group has partnered with a fast growing commercial real estate company on the search for a Director of Talent & Engagement role to be based out of their office in Northern Virginia. The Director will oversee and direct full life cycle recruiting operations and the culture and engagement initiatives will not include but not be limited to developing recruiting strategies, implementing recruitment guidelines, and driving metrics to ensure requisitions are filled in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with Senior Leaders and Executives to develop long term staffing strategies
• Maintain the recruitment budget including developing a financial plan and projecting expenditures
• Negotiate vendor contracts and develop new vendor relationships
• Manage a requisition load
• Integrate Diversity and Inclusion initiatives into the culture and engagement strategy
• Partner with the VP of HR to roll-out additional programs to enhance employee engagement, rewards and recognition programs, volunteer programs etc.

Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration or Related Discipline
• 10 years full life cycle recruiting experience
• 5+ years of management experience
• Proficient in using multiple Applicant Tracking Systems- ICMS and UltiPro experience required.
