Role Overview: Lucas Group has partnered with a global organization on their search for a Talent Acquisition Leader. This person will lead a department of 6-10 Talent Acquisition Managers and 2-3 other staff. This TA Leader will develop and refine talent strategies for all departments including Corporate, IT, Operations, and International. He or She will also be responsible for helping brand the organization as it grows into the next phase of its development.
This person must be strong at developing and nurturing strong working relationships and partnering with internal departments and stakeholders around the globe. Act as super-user of the Applicant Tracking System, leverage compensation analytics to encourage competitive compensation in the industry.
