Lucas Group has partnered with a global leader in manufacturing and retail in their search for a Director of Talent Acquisition. The person in this newly created role will continue the work already started to build out a robust in-house TA function that will handle approximately 9500 hires per year. Immediate deliverables will include standing up a professional recruiting team, establishing a college recruitment program, hiring strong team players, and fine tuning recruiting processes around a newly implemented Applicant Tracking System.
Position Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated ability to lead a successful high volume talent acquisition team in manufacturing/supply chain with a company of at least 10,000 employees. S/he will be accomplished in standing up/stabilizing the function as well as in reducing spend with outside partners while maintaining speed and quality in hiring top talent for key roles.
