Lucas Group has partnered with a DC based, growing International Development firm in their search for a Director of Recruitment. This is a highly visible position that will partner closely with the Head of HR and the Executive team. Looking for a leader with proven experience in building and strategizing the Talent Acquisition function in an International Development firm. This is a terrific opportunity for someone who is looking to drive change, lead and develop a team, and make an immediate impact. Looking for candidates with:

• 10+ years of recruitment experience in International Development supporting USAID programs
• Desire and drive to build and strategize the recruitment function
• Strong leadership skills and past experience leading and developing an international recruitment team
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in international development, HR or related fields
