Role Overview: Lucas Group has partnered with a leading, consumer-facing startup on their search for a Director of People, based in New York, NY (Midtown). The right candidate will have experience helping startups grow, focusing on people, culture and recruiting best-practices.

Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Manage all aspects of People Operations, including organizational development, employee relations, performance management, training, and all things culture
• Continue to develop and perfect recruitment process and candidate experience
• Develop and implement on-boarding strategies

Requirements:

• 8+ Years of startup HR experience, expanding a startup at high volume quickly
• Agile, scrappy and able to solve problems efficiently while serving as model employee
• Passion for making the world a better place through honesty, empathy, and integrity
