Hourly Pay: $50.00 per hour

Job Description

Our Client is seeking a Director of Organizational Development to create and implement education, training and performance improvement programs.  Will also manage the implementation of Halogen their new performance management program.

Responsibilities

• Will lead the implementation of  their new performance management system
• Partner with the HR team to create an organizational develop plan
• Analyze operations and personal
• Advise and guide leaders on strategies to improve efficiency
• Create a training plan for new, current and promoted employees.

Qualifications

• Leadership skills
• Ability to analyze data to determine what is working and what can be improved
• Communication skills
• High level of familiarity with business strategies and techniques for improving efficiency and employee performance
