Title: Director of Organizational Development

Location:  Dallas, TX area

Lucas Group has partnered with a leading organization their search for Director of Organizational Development. As an individual contributor, this person will be responsible for creating and implementing new programs or enhancing those previously existing across the organization.
A few responsibilities include:

• Launch leadership development initiatives across multiple business lines and locations.
• Ownership and improvement of employee engagement training programs
• Involvement in succession planning and talent development strategies
• Communication of changes across the organization

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required, Master's preferred
• 7+ years’ experience HR with focus on Organizational Development activities
• Strong communication and project management skills
